ACCOMODATION IN SIMEIZ There is hotel in Simeiz - "Park-Hotel Simeiz" There are you can have a good rest, restore your health and get wonderful holidays. The hotel is situated in a garden, which was founded in the 19 century, 90m far from the sea coast. The hotel is near villa "Kseniya" and not far from Aquapark (next town Katsively). The "Park Hotel Simeiz" was open in 2002 and proposes for guests comfortable condition and good service. There are 21 double rooms with all facility. The hotels restaurant prepares delicious dishes and ordering food. There are several
sanatoriums from the Sovist time, but it would be better to avoid to stay there -
conditions are not good. Only possibility to stay is a private appartment. But to find a
good one is not easy too - most of the hosts are oriented to rent appartment just "as
is" with no renovations. The only a nice room I could find so far you can see on the
pictures. Another problem you'll meet: an owner of a flat doesn't want to rent it for a
