ACCOMODATION IN SIMFEROPOL

  There are three most popular hotels in Simferopol: Ukraine, Moscow and Tavria. Hotel "Ukraina" has a best location in center of the city, nearby the main post office. It is oldest, "Soviet-style" hotel, not renovated for last 10-15 years. There is just half of 3rd floor renovated recently. The rooms there are pretty nice and prices from $33 till $63 per night.
  They do charge different prices for citizens and foreigners, you can easy guess what price is higher. :-) Cheapest room would cost about $10 per night It is even not a room, but a bed at a room with one-two more beds. This kind of room has no a bathroom or even water - you have to use common bathroom. A single room with bathroom would cost about $50.
Hotel Moscow has rooms with better condition, but this hotel located 15 minutes away from the center and an average price is higher. Best solution could be Tavria hotel. It located also 15-20 minutes away from downtown but a nice single room will cost you $25-30 There is no English speaking people from staff of any hotel, so you have to ask somebody to help you with accomodation. It's possible to reserve a room in any hotel with no extra payment. A private appartment is also available in Simferopol.
