TRAVEL TIPS: BALAKLAVA

  When you'll pass a road circle going toward to Yalta you will see a big vineyard from both sides of the road. In aproximately 1 km it's possible to see a small white monument among the vinyard to the right side. It is a monument to the Light brigade from Crimean War. There is a small monument nearby the turn to Balaklava from the higway. It was built as a sign of memory about people who died during Crimean war.
   It could be a nice walk to the Genova's fortress. To find a path, just go toward it along the harbor. You will see beautiful views from the top of the mountain.
  If time allows you to spend more time in Balaklava, there is very nice sea-excursion provided by private boat-mans. They could get you to A-ya Cape and you could swim in open sea with very clean water. The nature is beautiful and you will get really nice expressions.
   If you want to go into the tunnel, be sure you have a guide and he has a flash-light.  It could be a little dangerous to walk there because many holes in a ground and darkness...
